The building consists of rotated apartment modules, angled for daylighting and views. Located in the heritage neighbodhood in Austin, TX, which consists mostly of single family units, the complex introduces increased density in the area, while the tilt gives each unit more individuality. The ground level consists shared amenities, such of shopping, coworking space, as well as a pool and amphiteater like space.
